These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of products on takeme.dk for delivery in Denmark, Norway and EU countries, with the exception of the Faroe Islands and Greenland unless otherwise expressly agreed.
All prices includes VAT.
Ordering & payment:
Takeme.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you are therefore almost always able to place an order. However, we may occasionally close the shop for maintenance. You are only able to make purchases when the shop is open and accessible.
In order to place an order on Takeme.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept or MobilePay. However, if you have not yet turned 18, you can still purchase products if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to make the purchase.
To make a purchase, you must select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your “shopping basket”. You can amend the contents of your shopping basket right up until the moment you place your order, and you can always check the contents of your shopping basket and the price of the products.
Once you are ready to place your order, click on your Shopping Basket to proceed to a form where you must enter your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment method and desired means of delivery.
You have the option to edit the contents of your shopping basket until you confirm your purchase by clicking the button “Order and pay”. Following that, your order will be transmitted to Takeme.dk.
We will only charge money from your card once your order has been shipped from our address.
Shipping cost & delivery:
We offer fast delivery via GLS Parcel Service or courier service. The delivery time is typically 1-2 days, not including weekends or public holidays.
A TakeMe lamp (with packaging) weighs approximately 2-3 kg, and the shipping cost for this product is primarily calculated on the basis of its weight.
Shipping cost for addresses within Denmark:
1-5 kg, small package with delivery DKK 75 gross
5-10 kg package with delivery DKK 95 gross
10-15 kg package with delivery DKK 115 gross

Shipping prices are subject to price adjustments by carriers.
Archii.dk ApS is not liable for any costs associated with delayed deliveries. This also applies to backorders, mistaken deliveries and faulty goods.
Upon receipt of your order, it is important that you immediately check whether it is intact. If the product or products have any errors and omissions or if you have any other complaints, please contact our customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
It is also important that you immediately check the product(s) for damage that has occurred in connection with the shipping and delivery. Damage caused by shipping and delivery should be reported no later than within 7 business days. You should therefore also remember to check your product(s) for any invisible defects, as you should notify Archii.dk ApS of such defects within those 7 business days. Failure to meet that deadline may result in the freight company refusing to process any complaints regarding shipping and delivery damage.
14-day right of cancellation:
When placing an order at takeme.dk, you usually have a 14-day right of cancellation. This means that you can inform us of your wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days and return the product to us. The right of cancellation period starts from the day you receive the product(s).
To properly exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us unequivocally of your intent to do so no later than 14 days after your receipt of the product(s). You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing receipt without also clearly notifying us of your intent to cancel your purchase. You can use the cancellation form indicated below.
If you choose to cancel your purchase, you must return your product(s) to the following address:
The product(s) must be returned in the same condition and quantity as upon receipt, which includes the original packaging. The original product packaging must be in a condition that makes it possible to resell the product, as the product packaging has value to the product given that the packaging contains usable information about use of the product (as well as product data), which is necessary information for other customers who purchase the resold product. We therefore recommend that you avoid adding tape or writing directly onto the packaging as well as stamps, postal/shipping labels, etc.
When returning a product, make sure that it is securely packaged, as you are liable for the package/items until we receive them. You should therefore save the postal receipt as well as the track & trace ID (if applicable).
Packages sent back as Cash on Delivery, postage free, without direct delivery, etc. will not be accepted.
We expect that you send the product(s) as soon as possible upon notifying us of your intent to cancel your purchase. You must return the products no later than 14 days after stating your intent to cancel your purchase. Please note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery packages.
You must include a copy of your order confirmation or some other form of documentation of your purchase in the package. Remember to fill out our return form.
You must pay for the expenses of returning a product when cancelling your purchase.
Once we have received the product(s), we will inspect their condition. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund for the amount you have paid us for the product(s), excluding delivery costs. Archii.dk ApS reserves the right to retain an amount that covers the cost according to the invoice you were issued.
The amount will be transferred to the same means of payment you used for your purchase no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your wish to return the product(s). The amount can be withheld until the product(s) have been received and inspected or we have received proof that the product(s) have been returned.
You may lose all or part of the purchase amount (decrease in value). This may occur if the value of the product has been impaired for one or several of the following reasons:
- You have not simply tested, but used the product.
- The product has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have handled the product in another manner than was necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functions of the product.
- You have not followed the limitations of the right of cancellation arising from sealing, product type, etc.
- The condition of the original packaging makes resale impossible.
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (including the provisions on lack of conformity) and gives you a two-year warranty. This means that you have the right to have a defective product repaired, replaced or refunded (fully or partially) depending on the specific situation. Of course, your claim must be warranted, and the lack of conformity must not have been caused by improper use of the product or other behaviour that led to the product getting damaged. You must raise your claim within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the product defect. We recommend that you raise your claim as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.

When returning the product, please be as detailed as possible in your explanation of the problem.
If the claim is warranted, we will naturally refund any reasonable freight charges you have incurred in sending the product back to us.
Remember that products must always be sent in secure and proper packaging and that you should get a shipment receipt, as you are liable for the package/items until we receive them. You should therefore save the postal receipt as well as information on shipping and delivery costs and the package’s track & trace ID (if applicable).
Please note: We do not accept packages sent with Cash on Delivery or the like.
We will only collect personal data in cases where it would be relevant for us to do so, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity as our customer.
When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legislation.
We will only store your personal data as long as we are legally required to or for as long as it is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

Basis for processing & purposes:
We will collect your general contact information, such as name and address, in order to provide the product that you have purchased from us. We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, your payment card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction are only utilised and saved for the purposes of processing payment and fulfilling this specific agreement.
If you have provided us with your consent during the registration process or on our website, we use your e-mail address to send out newsletters. You can always subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right at any time to revoke this consent.
If you do not wish to provide the personal information required to complete a purchase, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (with the exception of your e-mail address if you have given consent for us to retain it for the purposes of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your item.

If you have ordered delivery, information about your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be provided to pakkelabels.dk, and the freight company we are currently using is GLS Parcel Service, for the purposes of delivering your purchases.
Our online shop has its servers at Curanet and our payment system is through Bambora, which acts as our data processor. Any personal information that you submit on our website will be stored in Curanet’s data centre.
We have accounts with Navision, which acts as our data processor. Any personal information that you submit on our website will be stored in Navision’s data centre.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
As the data subject, you have a series of rights which we must always ensure that we are in compliance with. You have the right to request the following:

Archii.dk ApS uses web analytics. This means that we use statistics to, for example, determine which products are selling best.
Web analytics is used by Archii.dk ApS, which means that a statistics system gathers information which can present a statistical analysis of how many visitors a website has had, where they arrived from and at which point they decided to leave the website, etc.
At Archii.dk ApS, web analytics is used for the purposes of optimising the website and its functionality.
